Products of Warszawskie Zakłady Sprzetu Ortopedycznego S.A. have a 12 month guarantee. A 18 month guarantee is for in-door wheelchairs. The company ensures free of charge repairs that have been damaged by producer fault or material defect, in time of a product's guarantee.
We can ensure that our repairs take no longer than 14 days. The guarantee time is prolonged by a repair period.
When a fabric or material fault will appear, client is obliged to inform a selling point or directly a producer in Warsaw.
