INFORMATION FOR FIRMS
- Firms should order orthopaedic equipment by written form (e.g. a fax) by putting a catalogue number of a product and quantity.
- A firm who wants to start co-operation with us should, apart from order, deliver:
- a current extract from a record of businesses or from KRS (National Judicial Record),
- a NIP certificate,
- a REGON certificate,
- authorisation for drawing VAT invoices.
INFORMATION FOR FIRMS
- Every insured patient, who has doctors' suggestions certified by NFZ can furnish with equipment in any of our shops above mentioned.
IMPORANT
- Every insured patient can apply for a grant for a orthopaedic delivery as per article defined by a Health Minister in decrees from 10 May 2003 Journal of Laws no. 85 pos. 786 and 787 in issue of price limit and detailed list of orthopaedic objects and aids refunded by NFZ.
- According to decree each patient in need should apply to a specialist doctor for a doctors' suggestions which, after certifying by NFZ entitles him to obtain orthopaedic object refunded by NFZ.

INFORMATION FOR CASH-BUYERS
- In shops of our orthopaedic supplement points chain products can be bought also by cash,
- A company shop in Warsaw runs direct mail order on delivery.
